As a moderator, I combine my social expertise and commitment with a passion for fostering inclusive dialogue. Through a professional moderator training, I learned to guide programs smoothly, put speakers at ease, and actively engage the audience. With energy, curiosity, and thorough preparation, I create a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere where every story receives the attention it deserves.

Kimberley was interviewed as President of the Dutch National Youth Council together with architect Floris Alkemade during our yearly assembly. In front of 3.000 local administrators she showed how you can use the imagination of youth to ensure future proof policymaking. Kimberley played an excellent role as co-moderator, alongside Kim Coppes, at the Rli Conference in 2024: The Netherlands for Future Generations. With approximately 200 participants from diverse backgrounds, it was by no means an easy event to facilitate. The program included keynotes, plenary discussions, challenging panel debates, and multi breakout sessions where participants engaged with one another.
